Dr. Paulene Popek,
Clinical Director of Wright Institute Los Angeles (WILA)
Dr. Pauline Popek, a licensed clinical psychologist and certified psychoanalyst has been acting Clinical Director at the Wright Institute Los Angeles for the last 15 years. She received her doctorate from WILA, post-doctoral training at WILA, and certification as a psychoanalyst from the Los Angeles Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (LAPSI). She is a member of LAPSI and has been the Director of the Clinic for the past 5 years. She has helped develop numerous programs.

The Susan B. Krevoy Eating Disorder Clinic is offered at the Wright Institute of Los Angeles (WILA). WILA provides high quality, low cost mental health services to the local community based upon the client's ability to pay. It is one of the few agencies in Los Angeles where low-cost, long-term psychoanalytically - oriented psychotherapy as well as short-term psychotherapy is readily available. The interns and post graduate fellows providing this service are a highly select group who receive specialized training and supervision. The State of California Department of Health Services licenses the clinic.
