8 week support group beginning on January 14th, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. This weekly group provides a safe place to discuss the issues of disordered eating. The group process offers a rich opportunity to learn how others deal with the same challenges and to learn coping skills that might help you with your day-to-day struggle.
