Dr. Susan B. Krevoy,
Founder & Director
Dr. Susan Krevoy is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified psychoanalyst specializing in the area of eating disorders. She has been in private practice in Beverly Hills for over 20 years. She received her doctorate from UCLA, post -doctoral training from the Wright Institute Los Angeles and UCLA and certification as a psychoanalyst from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS). She is a member and instructor at LAISPS, founder and director of the Certificate Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and founding director of the Trauma Center, the community outreach program for LAISPS. She is also on the faculty of UCLA Extension, and is a member of the Board of Directors for LAISPS and Founder and Director of the Professional Clinical Staff at Beit T’Shuvah. Dr. Krevoy served on California’s Board of Medical Quality Assurance and was the Clinical Director for PsychSystems Psychiatric Day Treatment Program. Dr. Krevoy has helped design and direct various in-patient eating disorder programs and consulted with the Beverly Hills School District on the prevention and treatment of eating disorders. A recognized expert, she has been teaching courses on eating disorders for the past 20 years.
